所有出售的物品都不能退還或交換。如果收到損壞,遺失或不正確的貨物,這些事宜必須報告給TAG La Technology Sdn Bhd. 收到後48小時內, 請通過電子郵件與TAG La Technology Sdn Bhd聯繫。我們將在48小時內回复 。

TAG La 硬件保修

TAG La保證TAG La硬件產品(“產品”)在交付給原始零售購買者之日起一(1)年內(“保修期”)將不存在材料和工藝上的缺陷。如果保修期內出現產品缺陷,TAG La將遵守適用法律:在有缺陷的產品退回時,維修或更換新的或翻新的產品或部件。此擔保不適用於您從未經授權的經銷商處所購買的產品,或者未遵守產品的使用說明,或由於濫用,意外,修改或其他超出我們的控製而導致產品損壞的理由。

Return and Refunds

All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to TAG La Technology Sdn. Bhd. within 48 hours of receipt. This can be done via email to contact TAG La Technology Sdn. Bhd. and your email will be replied within 48 hours from the receipt of your email.

 

The customer is responsible for any freight and insurance charges involved in returning the goods back to TAG La Technology Sdn. Bhd. Please pack the return goods properly to ensure that the goods do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post. TAG La Technology Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible for any loss or damaged goods returned for exchange.TAG La Technology Sdn. Bhd. will be responsible for the courier charges involved in returning the goods back to the customer.

 

Once you have submitted your request you will be contacted within 24 hours with instructions on how to return your order. Upon receipt, we will verify that all of the TAG La in your original order are included with the return and that the TAG La are in good physical condition.

 

TAG La Hardware Warranty

TAG La warrants that your TAG La hardware product (“the Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser (“the Warranty Period”). If a defect in the Product arises within the Warranty Period, TAG La will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws: repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component upon return of the defective Product.  This Warranty does not apply to Products you purchase from unauthorized resellers, or where the instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with or where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, and modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
